Stephen Cahill

Stephen Cahill’s journey in missions has been about trusting God’s timing and direction, willing to serve wherever God calls him. After teaching for seven years in Texas, he moved to Bulgaria to teach missionary kids at Sofia Christian Academy. Three years later, God made it clear that his call to teach had been fulfilled there, and he returned to the U.S.
 

Back in Texas, God led Stephen to join SIL, where he now serves in the Dallas IT department. He procures and maintains computers, troubleshoots tech issues, and refurbishes old laptops to support translation projects around the world. In March 2025, Stephen joined Tyndale Bible Translators to raise support, while still serving in SIL. He is eager to use the gifts God gave him to continue supporting missionaries and their technology needs.
